NASCON PLC (National Salt Company of Nigeria PLC) was incorporated in Nigeria as a limited liability company on 30th April 1973.It was fully privatized in April, 1982 and became listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange on October, 1992.

The company is engaged in the refining and marketing of salt of different grades; Kitchen, table and industrial as well as the importation and sale of Petti tomato paste.

We are the leading salt manufacturer in Nigeria considering we control more than 60% of the market. NASCON PLC provides employment for over 600 employees.

INVESTORS RELATION

Dangote Industries Limited is the major shareholder of the company and owns about 62% of the issued shared capital.
